The conference package fees includes proceedings, coffee breaks, Lunches.
The lodging package fees includes a night in a single room and the breakfast. Please contact us by e-mail if you want a double room and tell us who you want to share your room with.
Diner is optional.
These fees only apply for the Best Western Hotel. If you want a single room, DO NOT fill the fields “room shared with” and “room shared by”.
