Register now and fill in the registration form!

Deadline for registration : 31st March (Lodging) - Lodging registration is now closed. No modification can be done for your lodging.
Rooms will be booked only when payment will be received. Payment for lodging should be done before 1st May. If not, we'll have to cancel your registration.

The conference package fees includes proceedings, coffee breaks, Lunches.
Lodging fees

| Double Room | 110 euros/night for 2 If you want to share your room with someone that will not attend to the conference, fill the part "room shared with" (ex: your partner). If it's a participant of the conference then another registration form should be submited by the participant (who will only fill the part "room paid by" |

The lodging package fees includes a night in a single room and the breakfast. Diner is optional.
Important:
These fees only apply for the Best Western Hotel. If you want a single room, DO NOT fill the fields “room shared with” and “room shared by”. If you want to come before 17th May and/or leaving after 21st May, please contact Best Western Hotel for extra nights, but fill the form for the lodging during the conference.
